Also, you are right that these poems appeal to adults just as much as kids because they are witty and so well done. These used to be some of my favorite things to read when I was young.

Hi, yeah this article is really nice and I have learned lot of things from it on the topic of blogging. It is just as much about the artwork as the words are sometimes mixed in with the pictures—interacting with each other. I remember having to memorize one of these poems in the third grade and recite it in front of the class. We are left thinking that our writer wrote hi poem up until the point he was completely consumed.
The poems would not have the same meaning or sense of humor silverstekn the drawings. But the visual makes this story fun and humorous! But the visuals are what makes these stories suitable for children to read. Without the visuals, solverstein story would be scary for a child to read. This visual works to achieve its purpose because it is simple, unrealistic and open for interpretation.
