I find myself reading various sections of the book every night for the sheer pleasure of doing so and the information is thereby easily committed to memory. For the regular bodybuilder or strength athlete, Pavel gives you the ultimate road map for progress and success.

They taught us folks who have very limited access to fancy gym equipment that we could be insanely strong and do gymnastic-like feats of strength.
Pavel is one of those few people who can really deal in the science-meets-real world training area. I highly recommend this book to anyone who wants to pursue routines that deliver results.

But you also need to know how to feed it, maintain it, make it happy, care for it, sensitize it, protect bodybuilxing yes, all that good guy nice stuff too.
